Chaos to exist

Always want what we don’t have.
Then we wish for what we had.
When conscious we become aware or realize at one point or another, I wished for this exact version in life and this place in time.
Yet still guess what, I don’t feel satisfied.
Humans have an insatiable appetite.
And I am but a flawed human, who is not aware or I’m unconscious most of the time.
As ego auto pilots my mind.
Suffering check.
Pain, you bet.
We will be challenged from time to time.
And unless you are conscious you will suffer, but you won’t die.
It’s an opportunity for awakening within your mind.
Many are too consumed to make sense of this at the time.
Humans don’t awaken when they are in their comfort zones.
And lazy people wonder why they don’t thrive.
Discomfort and suffering are how we evolve and survive.
That is the healthy growth that you want to water all the time.
I can attest from firsthand experience that after some time of suffering, I felt like I was a stronger version.
A wiser person.
More faith driven human.
Alive.
As I know I can survive many challenging times and come out on the other side.
Stronger and more conscious, then when fear blanketed my mind.
We need to manifest our gifts, make purpose of what it is.
But no matter what, we will always need chaos to exist.

    I fucking knew it. As soon as I saw the title, little did I realize I already knew. This is my absolute favorite yet! It revs up my philosophical gears, and I love that! lol!

    “Humans have an insatiable appetite.” – That truth has been the bane of my existence my whole life. I thought living an addict type of lifestyle, and being an extremist would yield me benefits of finally reaching that “end” point. I always wanted to feel satisfied. I yearned and hungered for it with many tears. But only now after 30 fucking years of being alive, have I finally understood, that our insatiable appetite is what being alive actually is. And what being alive is supposed to feel like. We’re supposed to feel that tension. (You’ve talked about the importance of tension in your pieces lately, and it’s so true) The act of creation should never stop. That appetite that never ends is supposed to feel eternal. Because life in the grand scheme of things in the many realms of existence is eternal. We’re never supposed to feel satisfied. The universe itself is endlessly expanding. It never stops creating, and it never stops growing. Otherwise if we just stopped trying and truly felt satisfied with things, we would just sit in an endless stupor and die. That is the essence of laziness indeed. Death. That’s why I consider my former philosophy and lifestyle in life before I realized this to be a way of death. Whereas, if you accept that insatiable drive, and become “addicted” to that drive itself, and use it for good in life, then you will always have forward momentum and progress. And you will always be endlessly expanding and growing no matter what.

    Now these days, I’m no longer looking to be “satisfied.” Satisfaction is only temporary in moments of pleasure. Which is a great thing actually. Because satisfaction from pleasure imo, is meant to give us temporary moments of rest, and feelings of gratitude, and celebration for the things we do have. It’s meant to help us pause with joy, rest, and develop a good sense of temporary euphoria, if we don’t abuse it. That’s exactly how it’s supposed to function imo. And how that doesn’t get abused, is through gratitude. Having that gratitude is the first step of being concious. Because gratitude is never selfish.

    I hated knowing you were going through such suffering. I know those things are necessary sometimes. But, it still doesn’t mean I have to enjoy knowing or watching someone go through that. I’m so glad you’ve found more faith and purpose from it. That sure helps me feel better about it.

    I audibly was like holy shitttttt after you said that! It literally felt like a mic drop to me! Boom! It was so so good! 10,000/10! Keep healing us with your words. And most importantly, keep healing us with the presence that the words come from. 🙏🏻❤️☺️👏🏻
