Stay in your place

Seriously.
Why won’t you leave permanently?
You have never made me feel strong like I can do anything.
You only ever wanted me down and blue.
I tried to change you.
I did stuff that could heal you.
But you are so intent, on making me feel see-through.
I went to the man with a degree to silence your mockery.
He prescribed a pill that would rid you from me.

I was so hopeful, that I believed you would actually leave.
But no matter the name of the pill he prescribed, you wouldn’t go away.
You were attached me.
The pills made you laugh, but you were very mad at the fact I was trying to detach you from me.
I decided if the scripts won’t work, then I have to fight you.
ME to Me.
To reclaim my peace.
That you just won’t allow me to keep.

Since I was a child all you did was control me.
Tell me untrue things to get a tighter hold on me.
Tell me everything bad, to feel alone and lonely.
But you are a liar, and I no longer believe.
You have done damage, I am now repairing.
You are vile and scary.
Don’t think I forgot all the times, you persuaded me I was better off disappearing.
I was only a child when you said life is better without me.

As you controlled my head with the lies you pushed me to believe.
But I am grown now, and I have tools to protect me.
You can visit, but I made an exit for you to leave.
Go left.
I’m not asking. I’m telling.
I’m tired of being scared of what you have in store next for me.

I am a human with feelings.
And I deserve to be free, and happy.
I will not allow you to control, continue to defile my spirit, mind and body.
You may be part of me currently.
But you will never have all of me, not permanently.
Stay in your place, before I find a pill to make you defenseless, and happy for the rest of me.

    Ah! I see someone has just won a war. Glad to see they are in their place now. Chaos is hard to dominate, but it is mostly certainly tamable. You just gotta have the belief like what you’ve found. Or well, an even more deeper truth is that you’ve always had it from the beginning actually. Now you’ve just reclaimed it. That’s all. You win! It loses. Now it’s your bitch! LOL!

    I don’t think you’ve could ended day 30 better than how you just did. Congrats on making it all the way through this challenge! What you have done here is on a level that I don’t know how anybody else could handle! You have that same quality of stubbornness that I have. And you’re teaching me how to make good use of that skill. I’m most certainly going to take that lesson with me.

    As for the more in depth technicalities of the writing itself, the flow of this was a wonderful masterpiece. I loved the rhyming structure, and the intentional or unintentional repetition in flow that I felt throughout.

    “You can visit, but I made an exit for you to leave. Go left. I’m not asking. I’m telling. I’m tired of being scared of what you have in store next for me.” – That was a very sick line! I loved the anger, and the flame of certainty within it.

He prescribed a pill that would rid you from me.” – I can decisively say that this whole first verse felt like a song in and of itself to me. Like the rhythm in it is just appetizing to my personal senses. Everyone is different of course. But just for me personally, this had me hooked from the start. And now I come back and see, that this is definitely my favorite part.

    Banger instrumental beat along with it too! Not a surprise! Go celebrate, and treat yourself with something special for accomplishing this feat! You should’ve absolutely lost your mind from the pain and agony during all of this, and yet you stayed sane. Thank you for inspiring me and feeding me the strength in my heart to have that same belief and stubborn tenacity that you carry. I have a lot to reflect on for myself personally after watching you endure this experience. It was my absolute honor to witness this and be here for it. I’ll never forget it! Thank you!!! 👏🏻🙏🏻💗

        It’s always my pleasure every single time, and I’m eternally grateful to be here! Wouldn’t ever miss it for the world! FYI, those prayers are not stopping by the way, I know you have a long road ahead of you in this battle. Know that this is proof that you’ll get through this.

        You always have the sweetest words to say to me. Your heart, mind, and soul are the treasure itself. And that’s why you can even recognize or say something kind like that in return.

        And when it comes to those beats, Listen, I know you don’t like to brag and all, but you better not have a Lofi album out there somewhere that I don’t know about yet! Or I’ll have to shake my head all over again, and be like C’mon Sierra!!!! What are you doing!!!! LOL! 😂😉 Because if by some chance that you do, then I desire to throw those tunes on repeat.

        My day has been great! Well, except for issues with technology when getting the audio for my latest post done, when I barely had the time to do it. Ugh… that really annoyed the shit out of me. So other than that, It’s been really good! Lol. I’m cooking some dinner at the moment.

        No album anymore. I wrote songs used ai to put them together and made an album that was streaming everywhere. But a internet bully convinced me I was a fraud for using ai for vocals so I delted everything. I wrote over 70 songs .

        Ah! I see. Hmmm… I wonder if this internet bully ever made a track themselves before? I’ve heard that the ones who tend to be critical are usually very secure within themselves. And usually are the ones who are much better at doing the thing that they are criticizing others for. I mean, straight facts am I right!? (Sarcasm) 😂

        Perfect! I absolutely desire that! I want to hear them all! I also want you to make another album again as like a nice gesture to our lovely bully friend. Wait what’s that? Oh this right here! 🖕🏻 Oh! Was that my middle finger you’re looking at there Mr. Bully? You surely must not be mistaken, because it sure was my finger there! Mmhmm LOL! Whatever tracks you got, I’ll be grateful to receive them! My dinner was yummy! Overseasoned my fish accidentally, but eh well, still good! Matter of fact, I’m a weird one, and I like to listen to music while I cook and eat! LOL! So there ya go! I could throw on some of your tunes while I’m chomping away! 😂
